At our first meeting we will conduct a walk-through of your home to determine how best to stage your home for sale. We will bring in a professional photographer as photos are likely to be the first impression potential buyers will get of your home. We will then develop a comprehensive marketing plan using social media, direct mail, website, print advertising, and open houses to showcase your home in the best light, everywhere we can.     


Social media is playing an increasingly important role in home sales marketing and The Star Team fully uses it to your advantage. We pay for ads and boost posts of homes new to the market, price changes, and homes we will be holding open.  This is an opportunity to expose your home to as many potential buyers as possible.  We also feature a home as our cover photo. Direct mail allows us to let your neighbors know about your home for sale. This can be a great organic marketing technique since they are already familiar with the neighborhood and may have friends or family that are in the market for a home like yours. If they had friends or families that have commented how great your neighborhood is, they now know they can let friends and family know that they too can live in there! We will also let neighbors know when open houses are scheduled to let someone know that may be interested to come check it out!
